With four babies between us and having met and supported countless parents along the way; we have taken a lot of time to reflect and build the course we wish we'd had. We are passionate about ensuring parents have knowledge and confidence for birth and beyond.
It's really important to us to make the course as affordable as we can, while not compromising on quality or experience. All courses are held in person and are fun, interactive and inclusive. Our fanatastic course venue is The Brentwood Kitchen, all tickets include light bites from the restaurant in a lovely, social setting.
We work together with other local and relevant specialists to ensure you get all round support, including Daisy First Aid as our Baby First Aid instructors.
There are several things to consider:
We cover all of these things in our antenatal class, and so much more!
Our mission is to make sure you feel calm and confident for birth AND parenthood. Nothing can ever fully prepare you but we can certainly help.
Together we have supported hundreds of parents welcome babies into the world, whether its your first, second or fifth baby, you're more than welcome.

Having taken NCT and NHS antenatal classes ourselves, we're aware that many new parents take these courses to meet other parents in Epping Forest and Brentwood. That's why we have designed our courses to be fun, in person and social. So you can get the information you need and feel at ease making new friends.
A lot of people attend NCT, NHS antenatal courses, or similar and then end up paying for additional courses - such as hypnobirthing and baby first aid. We've designed our course to include hypnobirthing and baby first aid for the same price.
If you’re having a baby in the Brentwood area, and are looking to meet a great group of friends, plus a team of pregnancy, birth and baby specialists, then you’ve come to the right place.
Hypnobirthing can make a difference in any birth. It's often misunderstood and seen as something 'hippyish' but it is founded on biology and human nature. It helps you to understand what your body is doing in labour and birth, and how to work with it for a better experience.
Giving birth throws up a lot of questions you may have never thought about before. From creating a birth plan to recognising the beginnings of labour, from pool births to c sections, from home births to labour wards - and what on earth is hypnobirthing? We are here to help you feel confident, calm and in control for the birth of your baby.
An infant first aid course is undoubtedly one of the best investments you can make when welcoming a new baby into the world. We work with Daisy First Aid and cover CPR, choking, recognising meningitis and other conditions that may arise in childhood. A game changer in feeling more confident in parenthood.
Find the support you need throughout the rest of your pregnancy, birth and early parenthood in our hypnobirthing & antenatal classes. You'll make friends, and receive a digital resource pack with tons of helpful information. We're always happy to help you find any extra support that you might need, too.
Most antenatal courses cover labour and birth but not the three months after your baby is born. This is such an important and, often surprisingly, challenging time. Our antenatal classes cover feeding your baby, safe sleeping, parental mental health and other tips and tricks to help you enjoy this special time.
Whether it's your first baby, or your fifth, its so helpful to meet others in the same stage as you - they just get it. It's really important to us that our antenatal classes are social and enjoyable and that you have a support network. From someone to message during the night feeds in the early days, to a good chat and a pushchair walk, it makes a world of difference.
